We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead and inspire a talented team of developers working on Laravel, Livewire, Node.js, and GraphQL.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Development Efforts: Oversee and manage a team of 4 developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code and solutions.
2. Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure systems using Laravel, Livewire, Node.js, and GraphQL.
3. Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
4. Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
5. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Optimize Processes: Continuously improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and team productivity.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in Laravel, Livewire, Node.js, and GraphQL.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and front-end integrations.
4. Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated with excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a remote environment.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
6. Tools: Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

Nice-to-Have:

1. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
2. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
3. Exposure to Agile methodologies.
