The Role

As the Senior Manager of Graphic Design, you will be the strategic and creative powerhouse behind our visual identity across all platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to create stunning designs that resonate with travelers, understanding that compelling visuals are key to selling destinations. You will combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills, ensuring that every design not only captures attention but also conveys the right message effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Visual Content: Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts and paid ads that reflect our brand's voice and appeal to our target audience of travelers.
• Strategic Design Development: Develop creative strategies that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand presence. Your designs should entice audiences and communicate the unique experiences we offer.
• Understand Traveler Preferences: Conduct research to identify design trends and preferences within the travel segment. Your work should resonate with aspirational travelers seeking memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Copywriting Teams: Work closely with the marketing team and copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging across all visual content, enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize Designs for Performance: Utilize performance metrics and feedback to refine designs continually, maximizing engagement rates and conversions across various platforms.
• Manage Design Projects: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality graphics that align with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends in graphic design, travel marketing, and digital advertising to inform your design strategies and maintain relevance in your work.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on marketing.
• Exceptional creative skills with a portfolio showcasing compelling travel-related designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and how visuals impact audience engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
