Business Development Officer

Job Description

1. Track of Tender Ads through different sources to ensure all Tender ads/websites are attended timely.
2. Keep Liaison / identified clients for improving B.D relations.
3. Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
4. Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
5. Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
6. Acquire B.D Documents & Make Single Pagers
7. Prepare Tender/ Pre-Qualification Documents and proposals according to company standards.
8. Gather information regarding project specifications & client requirements
9. Monitor B.D deadlines & Work with team members to meet deadlines
10. Timely submission of proposals to meet deadlines.
11. Maintaining foolproof/traceable records of proposals submitted /soft or hard.
12. Keep updated the B.D related licensing requirement i.e P.E.C: ISO etc.
13. Correspondence /contract management of managing Joint Venture Proposal for B.D.
14. Submitted proposal or proposed in the pipeline.
15. Acquire targeted Projects as Planned. 06 months. /yearly plans.
16. Coordinate with QS/ Finance department for smooth work.
17. Update management about work progress regarding B.D.
18. Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.
19. Conducting team briefings once B.D. has been secured.
20. Any Other Task Assigned by Management.
